Items Allowed/Not Allowed on Reserve.. Placing Items On Reserve.. PDF Reserve Form.. Advance Booking of Media Items for Classroom Use.. The Reserves Collection consists of materials assigned by instructors as a supplement to their course.. Any Faculty or Staff member, with a valid UIndy Identification Card, may place items on Reserve.. The person placing an item on Reserve may choose how long a patron may keep the item from the following options: 2 hours, 24 hours, 3 days, 5 days, or 7 days.. Items placed on Reserve are shelved behind the Reserve Desk.. A list of the Reserves Collection is available at the Reserves Desk, and it is arranged by the instructors' last names.. The Reserves Collection may also be searched online.. To check-out a Reserve Item you must have a valid UIndy ID Card.. Reserves may be checked out two at a time.. There is no hold policy for Reserve Materials and all renewals must be done at the Reserve Desk.. Reserve items may not be renewed if other students have requested them..
